Service

Online court pleadings

Drafted the pleading yourself? Send me your draft — I will review it legally, correct it and return a finished version. Entirely online.

This service is for people conducting a case themselves who want certainty that the document reaching the court or authority is correct. I do not take your place in the proceedings — I correct your text: I fill formal gaps, order the argument, indicate the correct legal basis and remove wording that could harm your case.

The service is delivered entirely online and does not include a legal consultation — I do not discuss case strategy or assess the prospects of success. I work solely on the draft you send and the documents attached to it. If, after reading the materials, I conclude that the matter requires full advice or representation, I will tell you before starting work.

What you receive

A corrected version of the pleading

A document ready to file, in an editable file — corrected linguistically, formally and substantively.

Visible changes

I return the pleading in track-changes mode, so you can see exactly what was corrected and why.

Brief in-text notes

Comments beside passages that require input from you — a missing exhibit or date, for example.

Formal check

Verification of the designation of the parties, the court, the value of the claim, the exhibits and the formal requirements of the pleading.

How it works
1

You send the pleading

You e-mail the draft of your pleading together with the documents it refers to.

2

Quotation

Having reviewed the material I give a price and a delivery date. You pay nothing until you accept the quotation.

3

I correct the pleading

I make the corrections in track-changes mode and add brief notes wherever input from you is needed.

4

I return the finished file

You receive the corrected version of the pleading, ready to print and file.

Which pleadings I correct

  • statements of claim and applications initiating proceedings;
  • statements of defence and responses to applications;
  • appeals, interlocutory appeals and objections to orders for payment;
  • preparatory pleadings and applications for evidence;
  • applications in non-contentious proceedings: inheritance, family, land register;
  • appeals against administrative decisions and complaints to the administrative court;
  • demands for payment and pre-action letters.

Price

I set the price individually once I have seen the draft and its length — the complexity of the matter and the extent of the corrections required are decisive. You receive the quotation before work begins and pay nothing until you accept it.

How to send the pleading

Send the draft to kancelaria@adwokatpisarska.pl — in an editable format (.docx), together with the documents the pleading refers to and details of the deadline by which it must be filed. You may also use the contact form.

Frequently asked questions

No. The service covers only the correction of the draft you send and does not include legal advice or an assessment of the prospects of success. If you need advice, book an ordinary consultation.

Not under this service — I work on your draft. Drafting a pleading from scratch is a separate service, priced individually.

Preferably as an editable .docx file — that allows me to make corrections in track-changes mode. A scan or PDF makes the work harder and raises the cost.

Usually a few working days from acceptance of the quotation. If the court deadline is short, say so in your first message and I will try to accommodate it.

No. I correct the formal and substantive layer of the document, but the outcome of the proceedings is decided by the court on the basis of all the evidence.
